Road America refused to pay for a new wheel that was supposedly covered under a wheel insurance policy. They would only pay $50 toward repair of the wheel. The wheel was bent and I was advised that the wheel was unrepairable by 2 highly rated shops. Road America would have required me to ship the wheel to the nearest repair facility (several hundred miles) and any alternate transportation would have been my responsibility. It was cheaper for me to just buy a new wheel as I needed my car. I highly recommend against purchasing any type of wheel insurance from this company as any claim is more trouble than it is worth. read full review »
