Attempted to cancel my service with Castle rock Security and was told that I needed to write them a letter 30 days before my contract cancelled. They told me that they had mailed me a letter out 60 days prior, but according to the card is was mailed out on 12/18/09 and my contract ended 1/30/09. In addition, they mailed the letter as certified and the post office did not inform me of the letter until 1/27/09 which, I hurried and called and got zero help from anyone.
