I have had a citibank card for a while that I amassed 12k . last year when the new Credit card ruling came out, her comes calls from Citibank credit card people that they have to increase almost double my interest rate because, the credit rulinghas changed and doubling the interest rate would offset, whatever credit card loss of revenue the the upcoming credit card changes would be for Citibank Credit.
