I was using this company for hosting a website (started out as advances.com). I had lousy service from them and the website was down for most of 2008. My renewal period was October 1st. In July, I contacted them to find out how to cancel service with them and move it to another company. They emailed me back and told me to move the web files to the other companies server and change name server for the domain to the new host.
