They give ample communication regarding your shipment, and excepted a return with free return shipping. I feel VERY comfortable ordering from them. Also, they have a great online chat. I just completed my order, but selected the wrong shipping method. I started up the chat session, and in less than 5 minutes the shipping method was changed and refund for the difference was issued.
