July 2009 thius company told me that I owed them 800.00 for flood insurance. They took over the morgtage I have on my home and ever since they took it over their 800.00 flood escrow is now 9, 0000. + and they are trying to steal my home from under me. I presented them with the letter from FEMA and my local county flood engineer which stated I did not need flood insurance but they won't accept that.
