survey to recieve free uggs after an hour and completing all the requirements they sent me to another site to fill out another survey. I called their customer service, spoke with a julie who refused to let me speak to any else. Only to find out that they were a company hired by consumer incentive programs and they wouldnt give me any parent company information, nor would they help in any other way but to tell me to wait for an email.
