I keep getting mail saying that I am a confirmed candidate to receive some $24k - I must pay $25.00 to register. suffice to say that I have never given anyone my address in the USA to be pestered this way. Should I win at any time I would expect to receive the WINNINGS not a declaration for money to be paid or to give my credit card details out to some unscouplous scoundral who claims that I must pay to have my winnings sent to me.
