I purchased a Klaussner sofa and loveseat that was delivered July 15, 2010. I have had problems with the suit since it was 3 ½ weeks. The suit has had new foam in the cushions three times and still the problem is not resolved. I had a professional upholsterer look at the suit for an evaluation. The upholsterer made a decision that there is a manufacturer design flaw in the suit (or structural defect) that will not allow the pillow to stay up on the suit.
