Very very bad customer service - 2 months late with a backorder of AA Alkalines...when they finally arrived they were thrown into two plastic bags with no packaging and THEY WERE LEAKING! Called customer service - they said no returns because the origional order was placed more than 45 days prior! Will not respond to emails.
