I was contacted by a man named Jack Burton, saying he had a family that wanted to by my timeshare, asking if i still wanted to sell it. He said he'd call me back once they were finaced. His company RCP properties had to have 1050 dollars for closing costs and title fees first from me. I was promised 15500, and said closing would be done in three months.
