We are trying to refinance our house. The bank we are going through told me that some one did a credit check. They wanted to know why it was done and if any new debt was established. I just googled First USA N/A and came across the complaint site about this bank. Is there anything that I can do to find out why they did this and any action I can take against them? Or how I can make sure this does not happen again? I did not know who these people are and I still have no idea. This happened the week of January 1, 2010. read full review »
