Ordered a table top claw arcade game from these folks. Learned after ordering (via e-mail confirmation) that it would take 4-6 weeks to ship. That time frame was several weeks too long. Cancelled order immediately. Never received confirmation of cancelled order. Called customer service number several times. Mailbox was always full.
