This all started on 12th of december my fiance ordered a remote control helicopter to the sum of £26 as a christmas present for our son. The item never came and in the first week of january went on the website to try and track the order to which the reply was: No details at this time, I found this odd and then proceeded to check the website for a contact number name etc. My suspicions were then aroused as all I could find was a PO Box address no names and an email address.
