Eastern Savings Bank misrepresented the details of my loan. When I got to closing, their Representative breezed through the documents. The loan carried a higher interest rate. When I tried to re-finance the loan later to get away from this company, they had built in a fee of almost 100, 000.00 if I tried to re-finance within the first year. This fee was incremental over the first 5 years of the loan. Misrepresentation at best and fraud at the least. read full review »
