I went to Sears on 'black friday', at 5am to purchase the advertised Samsung washer dryer pair for $999.99 I stood in 3rd line for almost 2 hours and then the associates took names, numbers, and the description of the appliances we wanted and told us that they would call. When I inquired about a rain check, she said that she didn't know anything about them. 3 days later, I got that call and it was to tell me that they are offering me a more inferior product at the same price.
