I was charged ($431) the 2 years contract on my credit card WITHOUT my authorization and I am trying for 6 months already to get my money back from DIRECTV and until now I have not received anything. Everytime I called DIRECTV because there is no office where you can go and talk to SOMEBODY, they just told me to wait for the check which never arrived. read full review »
