Sorry for many typing errors. Key board is acting up. Just like Ocwen doing as it pleases. What I didn't say earlier is that all my efforts to resolve the issues with Ocwen intailed many frustrating hours on the phone with clueless customer sevice people that have no more business talking about my mortage than my 13 year old son. The biggest problem besides dealing with clueless idots is that the right hand doesn't have any idea what the left hand is doing. I had a home that my sale agent spent over 125 hours trying to get a short sal approved. Just two weeks before the closing te house burnt down. I immediatly called Ocwen to find out what to do. After many frustrating hours on the phone I fnally got to the right person. I sent Ocwen a check in early Dec. from the Insurance Company. This check was recieved on Dec. 18th 2009.
