When I switched phone numbers, the person who had my number before me apparently owed Capital One a lot of money and failed to switch his phone number through Capital One. I really can't blame Capital One for calling. I can, however, blame them for calling repeatedly and at all hours. The first time they called that I was able to answer my phone, they asked for Kyle.
