The servicing of my loan was transferred from TBW to AHMSI. I am a manager of a mortgage company and I have never seen such an unorganized, uncaring, unprofessional company. My current problem is that AHMSI has put mortgage insurance on my property. I sent them a letter, along with an appraisal perfromed when my loan was with TBW and my monthly mortgage statements from TBW showing I had mortgage insurance before the appraisal and I did not have mortgage insurance after the appraisal as the appraised value was high enough to warrant the removal... read full review »
