My espresso machine broke in May 2009. We shipped it to this company in July 2009 ($80 shipping) for repair. We were charged $153.70 for repair and when the machine was returned to us, it still had the same problems. In addition, a piece of the hardware broke off in shipping. We contacted this company and they told us to return the machine. They said it was UPS fault that the machine was broke (even though it had seemingly the same internal problems).
