I received the trial offer from Smoke51 for $9.95. This was billed to my credit card on 24 Dec 2009. Since then I have been bill on 11 Jan 2010 for $89.95 and again on 13 Jan 2010 for $29.95, neither time did I receive any product. I tried to email the company with a complaint, a wish to terminate the product, and a request for return of credit. I tried to email them 5 times and 5 times was told the email could NOT be sent. I called the 888 number and got only a computer. I want my credit back and I want the product stopped. read full review »
