On 8/20/09 I ordered the free samples from Vibrant Whitening with shipping cost of $.99 and Dazzle Smile with shipping cost of $1.95. Upon receiving the free samples, I called on 8/31/09 to cancel any further shipments of this product. With documentation of the date, phone number and persons with whom I spoke to, my credit card account continued to be charged every month and sometimes twice in one month.
