i subscribed, on the web, to verizon's supposedly optional international calling plan as part of voice service. what was not clearly stated is the fact that only calls to land-line phones were qualified under the plan. the weekend following, i called my mother and talked with her for over an hour, and on tuesday, i got a mail from verizon stating that my international plan did not include calls to cell-phones, and any such calls would incur premium charges. they provided no information as to what those charges would be, or how to get... read full review »
