Purchased Skullcandy ear buds for my son. He used them for less than a month, one of the ear buds melfuntioned, no sound. I returned to the skullcandy company in US because they claim to offer lifetime warranty and a replacement. I received a track number from them and that was it, never seen anything from them again.
