The technicians are great!! but customer service is horrible. They don't know what they are talking about, one says one thing and another says something different. The billing department can't make up their mind if they bill ahead or for the past month. I was charged twice for the month of November and no one knows how that came to be, so they are telling me that I owe 2 payments. After 2 years of service I decided to end it. I switch to Verizon and it is so much better. I recommend Verizon for Internet Service. By the way that is not the first time they done that to me. read full review »
