There was 4 people in the group, we paid for 6 games in total. The computer at our lane said that "if you want to continue with your game, go to the front desk." So we went to the front desk and asked one of the workers (named Andre) what was going on if we had paid for everything and he told me in a VERY RUDE way that i had to pay EXTRA money just to finish our FIRST game and that we had played our games already.
