Hey, to all I had a similar situation with chase because our House insurance went up maybe 200 dollars and they told us if we didn't pay 1200 dollars our mortgage payment would go up. We didn't understand exactly whey it was soo much money for a 200 amount raise on our insurance. our house mortgage is supposed to be payed yearly and chase if paying it monthly making us pay monthly service charges. Anyone got any advice i mean they where ready to raise our payment by almost 200 dollars we used to pay 1150 now have to pay 1250 even AFTER we paid the amount they wanted us to pay to keep our payments lower.
