I have been a resident of Belmont most of my life, and also have been going to our local Dunkins for the past 12 years, I know that things happen and people have bad days, I was a waitress for 11 years so I understand that the food industry and costumer service can get a bit challenging at times, , But I also understand you need to suck it up... The Manager Angela, at Dunkins apparently does not feel the same way, , She is rude to her employees, rude to the costumers and has no consideration for anyone but herself, I have witnessed it myself... read full review »
