Dear Sears, Your representative has just left my home and I am extremely upset and disappointed about the way my wife and I were treated. We had made special arrangements to be here today and confidently expected we would be fairly treated because of Sears excellent reputation and our past dealings with Sears. We were understanding when Sears called and changed our appointment from 11 am to 3 pm on short notice.
