These "PEOPLE" find it necessary to mail folks and express that you owe Money to an account that DOES NOT EXIST and as with the other individuals whom have submitted Complaints about these"PEOPLE" they have no background information regarding the Debt for which they are trying to collect, I contacted Capitol One regarding the supposed debt that I owed, and they have no record of me EVER having an account with them IMAGINE THAT, So what I recommend is that if you do receive a letter of payment due to these "PEOPLE" use it as a fire starter that will be a much more beneficial use.
