We received our Quest phone bill and noticed it was over $20 higher than normal. I checked and the company named Advantage telecom had been added to our account, unknown to us, and was now charging us. It was a Sunday when I opened the bill, so have not yet been able to talk to Quest to resolve this. No doubt this is the same company others have complained about . Before adding such charges, Quest should check with customers and confirm such additions before putting them on a bill. read full review »
