I had placed an order with Footsies Biz on December 29, 1999 through Paypal. I sent several e-mails to check on this order and received no reply. I made a claim through Paypal which then escalated to a dispute. Then, just the other day I received a package from NV which I thought was what I ordered, but it turned out to be something completely different. Now, Paypal says that since they received proof of shipment they cannot get me a refund. Footsies Biz has apparently done this to people before and continue to do so. WTF? read full review »
