I'm on a fixed income and had no problems with washington mutual since 2003. since chase took over i've had nothing but problems as far as overdraft fees as of this past week i'm up to $434.20 and thats checking my acct. at least 2 times a day. theres also charges i have no idea were they come from. and when i called to talk to some one twice i'v gotten the same person, this guy is very rude (more then the rest) he tells me "if i don't like it go somewere else and do my banking" now that lets you know whats up... read full review »
