Center Point hires Davey Tree to "trim" tress and shrubs around the utility lines. I want to have our utility lines burried but cannot get Center Point to give us a bid or tell us what we need to do prior to have them burried. The lines were put where all the Tree Top Pines existed for over 100 years. Thus, they cut them making them flat or one-dimentional.
