Use this company at your own risk! Their website says they are BBB (US Better Business Bureau) and AMSA (American Moving and Storage Association) ACCREDITED but they are NOT and from our experience, it seems for good reason. In fact, when I first started working with the company in Dec. 2009, the BBB website simply said Bravo had no rating. If you check now, though, it says the BBB has revoked its accreditation as of Dec. 31, 2009. I then checked the AMSA website, to find that Bravo is not listed on that website at all.
