I have been woth Green mountain energy for the last 2years. I previously never had a problem. My bills were always accurate and I was always satisfied with the customer that was given if i ever needed to call, which was very very rare. I recentlly moved to Austin this summer. My bills were fine, about the same as they were being recently. The problem started when winter got here. The first bill I got in Oct/Nov ws double what I usually pay.
