I am a contractor that did $40K worth of work for this scam operation. They do not pay their contractors, I have had to spend thousands filings liens and not more to get the judgments and then even more to foreclose on the property. They have a history of screwing small local contracts because they have in house attorneys who's only job is to screw their vendors. Dont eat at a business that scams the families who do work for them by taking the food off there tables. Boycott every spence owned burger king franchise.
