Yes, there should be a class action filed. There still is the better business bureau. Recently, FPL asked to be able to raise their rates or add a fee or some d*** thing. The state refused. Now I just got a bill for $54 because my electric bill was higher than usual. DUH, it's been cold. I cannot afford to take these monsters to court.
