My daughter attended at this school for the VPK program. Last week my daughter was scrapped on the playground by some equipment being held together by tie straps. When my husband went to pick her up they had her with a bandage over her hand. I asked the school to complete an accident report and the school refused. I form was given to my husband and was told if they wanted it that he needed to fill it out. I find this crazy since my husband was not in school at the time this happened.
