can't download ringtones from phone or internet site. on the site it's saying trouble with my account. the phone says no airtime left. i have only had this phone for 2 days and added a 30 dollar card. the phone is activated and my number has been transfered but still not able to download. called customer service and got nothing. they asked me the same questions over and over and didn't resolve anything. i just transfered from tracfone and i never had a problem downloading anything from that phone. very aggrevated. read full review »
