Does not send out notifications of rejected applications from your gas company. You think your set up with this fixed rate, then you get your bills and theres no fixed rate or MX ENERGY name on the bill. You call MX ENERGY only to find out they don't inform you if you were not approved with your gas company. Very unhappy with the high rates I wasn't expecting. read full review »
