DO NOT USE FIFTH THIRD BANK!!! They have the worst customer service personnel ever! I have a vehicle loan with them and have overpaid them every month for 2.5 years. I called and asked for credit back because I needed the money right away. They didn't understand what I was talking about and it took me 3 people to finally understand it. Even the supervisor didn't understand.
