I agree, very poor service but I don't fault the servicemen, it appears to me the company is very mean to their employees, expects more of them than humanly possible, has absolutely no regard for the customer's time, they expect you to take the whole day off to wait around to be called and told that the service person won't be there. Again I don't blame the servicemen because they work them like borrowed mules for very little pay I imagine.
