Submitted a claim to Continental Warranty, Contract #: GP20-148122. Requesting repair of a device with the timing chain. Our warranty is supposed to cover engine, transmission, and transfer case. As far as I am concerned the timing of the engine is part of the engine. Continental claims this part is not covered. WHY? This makes no sense to me. Can you help me with this isssue? Thank you.
