Ordered free trial offer in Sept. '09. All I received were filters, nothing to activate them. Was charged $9.95 . In Oct. received another package of filters, charged $29.95. In Nov. I was charged another $29.95 for nothing. n Dec.'09 received another package of filters and they charged $89.95 to my credit card. I have tried repeatedly to e-mail, call, etc. to cancel "membership", but like everyone else it seems, to no avail. HELP!!! All I wanted was to quit smoking. read full review »
