Hi, I filed my taxes with IBSN last year and I was charged a fee for a servce (ITIN application for 2 dependants ) that was never provided. [File number is m55684] I had to do the ITIN forms myself. When I asked for a refund, I was told it was busy tax season and they would definitely refund it later. I waited. And nothing happened. I called several times during and post the tax season but there was just one answer - "we will do it soon".
