Nearly two years of Easy Saver charges on my account. Just a $14.95 /month charge so I really wasn't paying that much attention (oops). Called Easy Saver, they offered a one year refund on the spot. I asked about the rest of the charges and they were nice, but basically said why didn't you cancel earlier. Told them my secretary pays my bills and he left me on hold to get authorization.
