I ordered a pair of UGG boots from the Denim Zone on November 22, 2009 as a Christmas gift for my daughter. Weeks went by, no boots. I started e-mailing - an automatic answer. Phone numbers not correct or disconnected. I finally received the boots on January 12th. The boots are fake. I tried e-mailing and phoning with the same results.
