After agreeing to a free trial for the cost of shipping and handling (5.95) I received an unwanted, unordered box which I gave back to the mail man unopened. Next I notice a $93.92 charge to my credit card. After calling customer service and going past the first associate to a manager, I was told I'd not returned the product properly nor discontinued my "membership" of monthly products. This manager "Kristen" finally gave me partial credit ($44.90) after a lot of back and forth with her. I still feel "taken"... read full review »
